Hey there!
I’m so happy you’re here! To give a little background about me, I received my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Public Health in 2021, I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, & a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (aka a holistic nutritionist). I am currently located right outside the Boston area and am super passionate about cooking, a lover of all things health & wellness, a follower of Jesus, and am always down to try a new restaurant!
For as long as I can remember, food has been my passion! Not only is it a blast to cook, but the community that comes from the kitchen is what it’s all about!
I love anything and everything food related and around here you’ll find recipes that are easy to make and will taste good tomorrow (aka meal-prepped meals that actually taste good). I am also lactose-intolerant and gluten-free, so many of the recipes you find here will be lactose free (& sometimes dairy-free), as well as gluten-free.
