Cherry coco loco smoothie

Breakfast that tastes like dessert? Count me in!

I don’t really like cherries so I honestly couldn’t tell you how this smoothie came to reality, but I’m pretty happy it did cuz it curbs a sweet tooth & I swear it is heaven sent come that time of the month when we’re needing a little extra magnesium!

This Cherry Coco Loco smoothie is full of healthy fats to support brain & hormone health, antioxidants to keep the immune system in tip top shape, and is high protein to help build & maintain muscle, keep you full for longer and to help build the immune system!

Cherry Coco Loco Smoothie

Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 10oz homemade cashew milk

  • 1c frozen pitted sweet cherries

  • 1 date, soaked in hot water & pitted

  • 1Tbsp almond butter

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1/2c ice

  • 1 scoop L-Glutamine Powder (for gut health - optional)

  • Vitamin D w/ K2 drops (for hormone & gut health - optional)

Directions:

  1. Grab a high speed blender & add the cashew milk, cherries, date, almond butter, protein powder, ice, L-Glutamine, & Vitamin D drops.

  2. Blend on high for 30 - 60 seconds, or until completely pureed.

  3. Pour into your favorite cup & enjoy!
